OPD Weekend Arrest Reports - October 21, 2013

opd arrestlog3 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (10/21/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests on the weekend of Oct. 18 through Oct. 20:

Timothy W. Dant, of the 1000 block of Standish Pl, was arrested on Oct. 18 at 2:43 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense.

Matthew T. Troutman, of the 3800 block of Tamarack Rd, was arrested on Oct. 19 at 12:05 a.m. on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense.

Herman K. Black, Jr., of the 1700 block of W 5th St, was arrested on Oct. 19 at 1:35 a.m. on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense.

Jamie Sutherland, of the 500 block of Tampa Dr, was arrested on Oct. 20 at 12:22 a.m. on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense, and third degree criminal trespassing.

Kevin L. Belcher, was arrested on Oct. 18 at 5:55 p.m. on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place third or greater offense in 12 months, second degree unlawful imprisonment, and third degree terrorist threatening.

Trinada Brown, was arrested on Oct. 19 at 11:09 a.m. on charges of second degree disorderly conduct.

Mark A. Myers, was arrested on Oct. 19 at 3:10 p.m. on charges of third degree criminal trespassing.

Kaw Ker, of the 1700 block of Shawnee Dr, was arrested on Oct. 19 at 4:50 p.m. on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense, and theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500.
