Daviess County Restaurant Inspection Reports - October 28, 2013

healthdeptinspections steak1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (10/28/13) - The Green River District Health Department reported the following restaurant and food establishment inspections on Oct. 17 through Oct. 24:

•Tamarack Elementary School Cafeteria, located at 1733 Tamarack Rd, received a score of 100 and an A rating.

•West Louisville School Cafeteria, located at 9661 KY 56, received a score of 100 and an A rating.

•Owensboro Child Care, LLC, located at 300 Byers Ave, received a score of 100 and an A rating.

•Premium Allied Tool, INC, located at 5680 Old KY 54, received a score of 95 and a C rating in a regular inspection and a score of 100 and an A rating in a follow-up inspection.

•Save-A-Lot, located at 2875 W Parrish Ave, received a score of 96.

•Great Harvest Bread Co, located at 3211 Frederica St, received a score of 100 and an A rating.

•Wendy’s, located at 4565 Frederica St, received a score of 93 and an A rating.

•Carleo’s Food and Spirits, located at 3118 Alvey Park Dr, received a score of 96 and an A rating.

•Jack Hicks Field Soccer, located at Shifley Park, received a score of 100.
