OBO arrest logOWENSBORO, Ky. (10/30/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests on Tuesday, Oct. 29:

arrest recordsZachary L. Records, of the 600 block of Dornell St, was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on charges of first degree wanton endangerment.


arrest burkDavid M. Burk, was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense, communication device violation first offense, and failure to or improper signal.

arrest hallLatisha N. Hall, of the 20 block of Carpenter Dr, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on charges of first degree promoting contraband, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500, and prescription containing substance not properly contain first offense.
