Owensboro Seal 01 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (11/5/13) - After a month hiatus, the Owensboro Board of Commissioners met Tuesday to discuss municipal orders, ordinances and board appointments for the city.

A municipal order for a property known as Hobo Estates located on Lafayette Drive between J.R. Miller Blvd and Jefferson Street was passed. There was a preliminary plan for the development of the 9.717 acres containing 40 residential buildings, or 80 residential rental units, on Feb. 14.
