OPD Reports Weekend Arrests - November 25, 2013

opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (11/25/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests for the weekend of Nov. 22 through Nov. 24:

Joshua E. Walker, of the 1000 block of W. Seventh Street, was arrested on Nov. 22 at 11:40 p.m. on charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place first/second offense, and second degree disorderly conduct.

Marjorie J. Goodwin, of the 500 block of N 10th St, was arrested on Nov. 23 at 12:38 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense, and failure to use or improper signal.

Jacob M. Tanner, of the 1600 block of Sioux Pl, was arrested on Nov. 23 at 4:03 a.m. on charges of leaving scene of accident-failure to render aid or assist, operating motor vehicle under influence under 21 years old, possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited, and failure to produce insurance card.

Glendle W. Cain, III, of the 3000 block of Silks Cove, was arrested on Nov. 24 at 1:44 a.m. on charges of operating a motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc .08 first offense, failure to produce insurance card, and possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited.

Nathan C. Bratcher, of the 3200 block of U.S. 231, was arrested on Nov. 22 at 11:28 a.m. on charges of first degree burglary.

Jason M. Anderson, of the 5000 block of Grandview Drive, was arrested on Nov. 22 at 2:04 p.m. on charges of possession of a controlled substance first offense methamphetamines, drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.

Robert L. Carter, of the 700 block of Darnell Street, was arrested on Nov. 22 at 5:13 p.m. on two counts of first degree trafficking in controlled substance first offense less than two grams methamphetamines, second degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), possession of marijuana.

Michael R. Danner, of the 200 block of Maple Street, was arrested on Nov 22 at 9 p.m. on charges of first degree possession of a controlled substance first offense methamphetamines, drug paraphernalia buy/possess, third degree criminal trespassing.
