DUE TO HEAVY SNOWS IN WESTERN KENTUCKY...WIDESPREAD 6 TO 12 INCH SNOWFALL AMOUNTS HAVE HAULTED AREA TRAVEL. ISOLATED 15 INCH AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED. missing steveOWENSBORO, Ky. (12/02/13) - The Owensboro Police Department is searching for a missing person.

According to OPD, a mentally disabled man was last seen at 8 a.m. Friday, Nov. 29.

Steven Tucker, 48, is a resident at Davco Rest Home. He is white male, 6’1”, 155 pounds, with grey hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, tan jacket and blue jeans.

Police said Tucker left on foot and has been known to hitch hike to Arkansas, but may also be on route to Kansas or another part of Kentucky. Tucker takes daily medication and may become ill without it.
