opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (1/29/14) – The Owensboro Police Department released the following arrest reports:

Leslie A. Geary, of the 3600 block of Lewis Lane, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. Jan. 28 on charges of pos-session of a controlled substance first degree first offense (meth), and drug paraphernalia buy/possess.

Markee Johnson, of the 300 block of Walnut Street, was arrested at 6:45 p.m. Jan. 28 on charges of trafficking in marijuana over five pounds first offense.

David M. Pressley, of the 1000 block of Moran Road, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. Jan. 29 on charges of operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc. .08 first offense (aggravated circumstances), and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited.
