Madisonville Police Reports – February 10, 2014

mpd arrestlog3MADISONVILLE, Ky. (2/10/14) – The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Monday, Feb. 10:

Tiffany Lynn Embrey, 29, of Hanson was served an arrest warrant Feb. 7 for non-payment of fines, and upon arrest was also charged with harassing communications. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Rodney L. Allison, 49, of Madisonville was charged Feb. 7 with assault fourth degree-domestic violence (minor injury). The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Stephanie L. Dees, 28, of Providence was served an arrest warrant Feb. 7 for contempt of court, libel/slander. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Phyllis Wardrip, 55, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 7 for trafficking a controlled substance-second degree first offense. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Shadonna J. Wilkes, 41, of Madisonville was served with an arrest warrant Feb. 7 for trafficking a controlled substance-second degree first offense. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Joel L. Shelton, 45, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 7 from Union County, and was also charged with giving an officer a false name. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Brian H. Morrow, 47, of Hanson was charged Feb. 7 with failure to wear a seatbelt, operating on a suspended operator's license. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Destiny L. Duvall, 21, of White Plains was served an arrest warrant Feb. 7 for theft by deception-including a cold check under $500. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Trista Lynn Daniels, 27, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 8 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Deborah K. Hale, 52, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 8 for trafficking in a controlled substance-second degree first offense. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Daniel D. Holeman, 27, of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 8 from Christian County. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Adam Aguilar, 42, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 8 for failure to comply-serving warrant from Webster County. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Jacob Taylor, 24, of Madisonville was charged Feb. 9 with alcohol intoxication in a public place-first and second offense. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Michael Young, 23, of Sacramento was charged Feb. 9 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs .08 first offense, possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Gary M. Pyle, 54, of Madisonville was charged Feb. 9 with disorderly conduct-second degree, alcohol intoxication in a public place-third or greater offense in 12 months. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

Christopher Schauss, 31, of Madisonville was charged Feb. 9 with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Stephen Bray Morris, 22, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 9 for receiving stolen property under $500. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Jacob Mills, 30, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Feb. 9 for failure to pay release on payment fines. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

Holly J. Burns, 25, of Dawson Springs was served an arrest warrant Feb. 9 for trafficking in a controlled substance-second degree first offense. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
