hend police arrest3 300HENDERSON, Ky. (2/17/14) – Henderson Police reported the following recent investigations:

  • Henderson Police are currently investigating the reported theft of more than $500 and personal items stolen from a residence in the 500 block of Third St. sometime between Jan. 30 and Feb. 16. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Henderson Police Department at 270-831-1295 or 270-831-1111.
  • On Feb. 15, Henderson Police responded to a report regarding theft of an automobile in the 100 block of U.S. 41. Authorities said that upon arrival, they learned a blue Dodge Grand Caravan that had been reported stolen from the 1600 block of Henderson was parked in the driveway, and that a pick-up truck had apparently been taken. The truck was later recovered in Robards. The investigation is continuing.
  • On Feb. 15, a Henderson man told authorities someone had apparently forced entry into the PCMA youth baseball office and took less than $500 worth of items sometime between 7:30 that morning and 6 p.m. the night before. The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Henderson Police Department at 270-831-1295 or 270-831-1111.
  • Joshua Ivie, 31, Reed, was arrested on Feb. 14 at 7:18 p.m. in the 900 block of Stapp Drive after police responded to a report of a vehicle blocking another vehicle. Authorities said Ivie had a fugitive warrant from Indiana for his arrest. He was taken to the Henderson County Detention Center.
  • On Feb. 14, Henderson Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 300 block of Racetrack Rd. According to authorities, a person at the scene told them someone had apparently entered his residence between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. that day and taken multiple items. Along with the cash reported stolen, the total value was determined to be more than $500, making it a class D felony. The investigation is continuing. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Henderson Police Department at 270-831-1295 or 270-831-1111.
  • On Feb. 14 at 1:43 p.m., Henderson Police arrested a Henderson woman on charges of second degree burglary after responding to report of a burglary in presence. Upon arrival, police determined Jessica Hardrick had allegedly entered the home in the 2600 block of Catalina Drive withouth the consent of the owner. Hardrick was taken to the Henderson County Detention Center.
