Authorities Seek Suspect in Utica Robbery

Robbery 01 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (2/28/14) — The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating the last of three suspects wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred in Daviess County on Feb. 10.

Authorities allege that Keith Philhower, Alec Meredith, and Justin Meserve took part in a robbery at the Masonville Food Center in Utica.

Meredith and Meserve are in custody at the Spencer County, Ind. jail on charges related to a robbery that took place in Chrisney, Ind., on the same day.

Police said their investigation determined Meredith and Meserve met up with Philhower after the Chrisney, Ind., robbery and before the robbery on the convenience store in Utica occurred.

Anyone with information regarding Philhower’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office at (270) 685-8444.
