The third of three people wanted in connection with a Feb. 10 robbery of a convenience store in Utica was arrested Friday evening, Daviess County Sheriff’s Office authorities said in a statement.OWENSBORO, Ky. (3/3/14) –
Keith Philhower, 28, of Mt. Vernon, Ind., was charged with first-degree robbery after police executed an arrest warrant in Owensboro. He was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center.
Authorities previously alleged that Philhower, Alec Meredith, 18, and Justin Meserve, 19, took part in a robbery at the Masonville Food Center in Utica.
Meredith and Meserve were reportedly in custody at the Spencer County (Indiana) Jail on charges related to a robbery that took place in Chrisney, Ind., on the same day.
Police said their investigation determined Meredith and Meserve met up with Philhower after the Chrisney, Ind., robbery before the robbery on the convenience store in Utica occurred.
