Owensboro Man Arrested During Owensboro Drug Investigation

Moseley with trafficking in a controlled substance, trafficking in marijuana, possession of a handgun, possession of a controlled substance, and buy or possess drug paraphernalia.OWENSBORO, Ky. (3/26/2014) – An Owensboro man arrested Tuesday is accused of trafficking in a controlled substance and other drug related charges, following an Owensboro Police search at his residence in the 700 block of Dornell St.

Authorities said police executed a search warrant on the home of Ryan E. Moseley, 28, as part of an investigation into drug activity at the location, and “uncovered items indicative of an ongoing drug trafficking operation.”

Approximately $4,800 worth of methamphetamine and marijuana was allegedly seized during the search, police said.

Moseley was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, trafficking in marijuana, possession of a handgun, possession of a controlled substance, and buy or possess drug paraphernalia.

He was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center.
