Carlie Ritter Owensboro12-year-old Carlie Ritter reported missing in Owensboro.OWENSBORO, Ky. (4/7/14) — The Owensboro Police Department is investigating a report of a missing female juvenile.

On Sunday, April 6, a grandparent of 12-year-old Carlie Paige Ritter reported the girl missing after she walked away from their residence in the 2900 block of Yellowstone Drive earlier that morning.

Carlie was last observed wearing a black jacket and black jeans.

Detectives continue looking into leads and are asking for the public’s help in locating this juvenile.
