happeningsandmeetings greenHENDERSON COUNTY, Ky. (4/30/14) — The following events are scheduled for Henderson County Public Schools in May.

Two musical programs are scheduled for Spottsville Elementary:

Thursday, May 1, 2014 6 p.m. - Kindergarten will present "E-I-E-I Oops."

Come take a trip to see Farmer MacDonald! The whole barnyard is singin’ - Rooster’s singin’ tenor; the mule chimes in on bass; the chicks are pretty good altos, and the sheep are all over the place! But wait! Something’s wrong with Madam Cow. She just can’t moo! Come see the animals all do their part to save the day!

Monday, May 5, 2014 at 6 p.m. - 4th grade will present "Making the Band.”

Move that car! We're ready to begin. A garage is a place to make music in. With keyboard, drums, guitar and bass; add a singer and we’re all in one place! Come explore the instruments of a rock band and hear music from different decades as we create our own garage band!
