wwII-4

OWENSBORO, Ky. (6/5/14) — Today, a group of local citizens gathered at the Owensboro Sports Center to show their support for World War II veterans about to head to Washington D.C. as part of this year's Honor Flight visit.

Friday marks the 70 year anniversary of D-Day, the day allied troops assaulted the German's position in Normandy, France.
