Owensboro Police Department Reports Activity

oboro police 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (6/9/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Dwayne Carrico, 50, of Owensboro, was served a warrant charging two counts of first degree robbery.

Andrew Coons, 19, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking.

Christopher DeWitt, 37, address unknown, was charged with third degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking less than $500.

Tyler Mattingly, 26, of Owensboro, was served a warrant charging possession of a controlled substance.

Jeffrey Nichols II, 38, of Owensboro, was charged with trafficking marijuana, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of synthetic cannabinoid agonists or piperazines, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jaime Walters, 41, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree and third degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and illegal possession of a legend drug.

Joshua Williams, 23, was charged with menacing in the 600 block of Chuck Gray Court.

Kenneth Winters, 26, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault in the 2300 block of Yewell’s Landing.
