Laura Bermudez, 24, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

Timothy Bowlds, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

David Burk, 27, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree unlawful imprisonment, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and carrying a concealed weapon.

Amber Curry, 30, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Kellie Diaz, 35, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility of a minor.

Antonio Douglas, 28, of Owensboro, was charged with second degree disorderly conduct and kidnapping. He was arrested on a warrant.

Jackson Fulkerson, 23, of Calhoun, was charged with possession of marijuana.

James Hayes, 23, of Island, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Gerald Hurd, 38, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, and other traffic violations.

Barbara Murphy, 42, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility of a minor.

Michael Scott, 45, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Tonya Sowders, 31, address unknown, was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card.

Stephen Vanconia, 29, of Owensboro, was charged with third degree terroristic threatening.

Rodney Willinger, 30, of Owensboro, was charged with restraints required for animals.
