Damian-D.-BrownDamian BrownOWENSBORO, Ky. (6/18/14) — Detectives with the Owensboro Police Department have recently solved four business burglaries that span more than a year’s time.

Between March, 2013 and February, 2014, two burglaries were reported at the Elizabeth Munday Center, located at 1650 W. 2nd Street; two burglaries were also reported at St. Vincent De Paul, located at 2885 W. Parrish Avenue.

Information released by the detectives involved in these cases state that blood samples located on scene from two of the burglaries were processed by the KSP Crime Lab. That evidence provided a DNA match.

Detectives interviewed the person of interest, Damian D. Brown, 31, of Owensboro, and were able to connect him to all four cases. Charges:(4 counts) Burglary, Third Degree – Class D Felony.

Damian Brown is currently lodged in the Daviess County Detention Center.
