Owensboro Police Department Reports Activity

opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (7/17/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Jasmine Barrett, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Vickie Brey, 43, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear, and parole violation.

Phillip Coleman, Jr., 32, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500 and second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Chalan Cox, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with trafficking in marijuana.

Johnathan Embry, 25, of Owensboro, was charged with third degree assault, resisting arrest, two counts of failure to appear, and fleeing or evading police.

Jennifer Ferguson, 28, of Hartford, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) between $500 and $10,000.

Cody Greathouse, 22, of Owensboro, was charged with trafficking in marijuana.

Keye Johnson, 18, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Yalonda Moss, 28, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500.

Travis Nannie, 27, of Owensboro, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Damian Reed, 22, of Owensboro, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Shah, 42, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
