OBO arrest logOWENSBORO, Ky. (7/28/2014) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Todd Brey, 33, of Owensboro, was charged with receiving stolen property.

Greg Burse, 29, of Hopkinsville, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and giving officers a false name or address.

Marian Cosgrove, 49, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility for a minor.

Toni Allen, 47, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility for a minor.

Alex Belt, 22, of Bowling Green, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first degree trafficking in a controlled substance, and trafficking in marijuana.

Jackie Bolton, 54, address unknown, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and drinking an alcoholic beverage in a public place.

Kimberly Domnick, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Benjamin Lindsey, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Brian Quinn, 28, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Tauresha Robinson, 27, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Robert Smith, 30, of Owensboro, was charged with second degree disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Jordan Vega, 18, unknown, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Derek Barnett, 20, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Joseph Edge, 48, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Kelly Estes, 42, of Fairview, Ill., was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Eric Husk, 25, of Philpot, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and leaving the scene of an accident.

Richard Mitchell, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and second degree disorderly conduct.

Nicholas Paskal, 18, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Shellie Pearce, 50, of Fairland, Ok., was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Ronald Peppers, 77, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Jeffrey Ramsay, 27, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

William Shepherd, 20, of Erlanger, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Daniel Stanberry, 37, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Michael Tandy, 24, of Hopkinsville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Noricely Morales Garcia, 32, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Lydia Haught, 19, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and second degree disorderly conduct.

Michelle Wright, 20, of Owensboro, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after being arrested on a failure to appear warrant.
