Owensboro Police Department Activity Reports

OBO arrest logOWENSBORO, Ky. (8/1/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Trenton Jackson, 54, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Melodie Jones, 32, of Owensboro, was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card of a credit card less than $500 within a six-month period.

Ashley McKinney, 33, of Owensboro, was arrested on a fugitive warrant.

Christian Cole Mitchell, 20, of Owensboro, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Misty Phillips, 38, of Owensboro, was charged with driving on a DUI suspended license.

Clarence Potts, 73, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brittney Welch, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Ronald Woods, 64, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500.

Cortney McCormick, 32, of Owensboro, was charged with trafficking in synthetic cannabinoids agonist or piperazines.

Nikki Brown, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jimmie Davis, 22, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (all others) less than $500.

Allen Lyon, 42, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500, first degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and carrying a concealed weapon.

David McIntyre, 55, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Joseph Metten, 32, of Owensboro, was charged with second degree escape.

Derek Owen, 41, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Antonio Toribio, 58, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Jeremy Wheeler, 33, of Owensboro, was charged with trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Danny Word, Jr., 38, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container, and other traffic violations.
