Owensboro Police Department Activity Reports

opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (8/4/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Michael Lee, 32, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Andrew Beasley, 22, of Rockport, Ind., was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Audrey Bowlds, 45, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $10,000.

Cara Carman, 26, of Hawesville, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) between $500 and $10,000.

Sonny Gathings, 49, of Asheville, N.C., was charged with fourth degree assault.

James Jennings, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked driver’s license, leaving the scene of an accident, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container.

Kyle Mullican, 27, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Hunter Osborne, 19, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (gasoline) less than $500.

Enoch Paise-Jorge, 26, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Patrick Ramsey, 25, of Owensboro, was charged with theft of services.

Gerald Tindall, 48, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Tonya Willis, 45, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Peggy Blan, 29, of Owensboro was charged with second degree hindering prosecution or apprehension.

Denise Bush, 39,of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility for a minor.

Michael Deese, 49, of Utica, was charged with driving on a DUI suspended license, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and other traffic violations.

Ryan Duvall, 25, of Hartford, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500, tampering with physical evidence, second degree possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a legend drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jerrold Eleazer, 37, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Moises Escamilla-Arias, 28, of Horse Branch, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Kortney Feldpausch, 18, of Owensboro, was charged with second degree disorderly conduct, and served a failure to appear warrant.

Matthew Johnson, 25, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

William Johnson, 53, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving on a DUI suspended license.

Benjamin Keiser, 22, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Rachelle Lanham, 38, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second degree possession of a controlled substance, third degree possession of a controlled substance, and other traffic violations.

Robert Ludwig, 21, of Beloit, Kan., was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
