opd arrestlog3 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (8/12/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Roger Brown, 32, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree possession of a substance.

James Clark, 45, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility for a minor.

Robert Fullerton, 33, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and resisting arrest.

Mariah Green, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ernestine Hightower, 51, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Jay Lagrone, 27, of Morgantown, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Scott Miles was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael Mitchell, 35, of Owensboro, was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor.

Tiffany Morris, 37, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Sheri Pauley, 42, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility for a minor.

Crystal Polston, 32, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) between $500 and $10,000 and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Heather Vincent, 38, of Owensboro, was charged with parental responsibility for a minor.

Chasity Warner, 19, of Owensboro, was charged with possession of marijuana, second degree possession of a controlled substance, third degree possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Aftaz Ali, 50, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Christopher Brown, 33, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kelsie Cox, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with receiving stolen property less than $500.

Robert Fullerton, 33, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold check less than $500.

Clint Hendley, 23, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (building) less than $500.

Samantha Hoover, 39, of Owensboro, was charged with receiving stolen property less than $500.

Elmer Hurt, 67, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Cory Maynard, 24, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

James Galloway, 19, of Owensboro, was charged with careless driving, communication device violation, and possession of marijuana.

Leonard Villalobos, 24 of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and other traffic violations.

Michelle Wright, 20, of Owensboro, was charged with receiving stolen property less than $500, first degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and five counts of illegal possession of a legend drug.

Lucas Keller, 18, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.
