DUE TO HEAVY SNOWS IN WESTERN KENTUCKY...WIDESPREAD 6 TO 12 INCH SNOWFALL AMOUNTS HAVE HAULTED AREA TRAVEL. ISOLATED 15 INCH AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED. OBO arrest logOWENSBORO, Ky. (8/22/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Cody Rather, 19, of Owensboro, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Blake Bouser, 22, of Owensboro, was charged with violation of a Kentucky emergency order of protection.

Michael Cottrell, 30, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jose Hernandez, 25, of Owensboro, was charged with four counts of third degree rape.

Dustin Morris, 24, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by deception including cold checks less than $500.

Charlie Sasser, 24, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

James Stewart, 34, of Owensboro, was charged with second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

Catherine Turner, 24, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500.

Bradley White, 25, of Owensboro, was charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with physical evidence.

All suspects are innocent until convicted in a court of law.
