Owensboro Police Report Activity for Week of May 12

opd arrestlog2 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (5/15/13) – The Owensboro Police Department has released the following information from its police activity report for the dates of May 12 to May 15:

On Saturday, Bond S. Allen, of the 1700 block of Locke Avenue, was charged with four counts of receiving stolen property. Officers from Owensboro Police Department allegedly located stolen scooters and mopeds they said were concealed on the property. Also on Saturday, Jacob Cameron, of the 1700 block of Locke Avenue, was charged with four counts of receiving stolen property.

Denease M. Lechner, of the 700 block of Wandering Lane, was arrested and charged with Trafficking Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 1st Degree, 1st Offence, Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug, and Drug Paraphernalia. Lechner also allegedly had a firearm on the property. She was charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Tabatha Stinnett, of 563 Newcut Road, allegedly tried to shoplift merchandise from Wal Mart Tuesday. The merchandise, valued at $62.40, was recovered. Police said Stinnett was arrested at approximately 5:40 p.m.
