Country Cupboard – 97
Minor violations:
•Bowls used as scoops
•Ceiling tile above ice machine in poor repair

Dairy Queen – 99 (Dawson Springs)
Minor violation:
•Handle on 4-door cooler in needed of repair

Dawson Springs B.O.E Preschool – 100
No violations

Dawson Springs High and Grade School – 100
No violations

Daydreams Academy – 99
Minor violation:
•Liquid spillage in bottom of milk cooler

Food Giant – 98 (Dawson Springs)
Minor violations:
•Eggs improperly stored in refrigerator
•Food on floor in produce room
•Food on floor in walk-in refrigerator

Grapevine Baptist Church - 100
No violations

Hanson Country Store – 100
No violations

Hardee’s – 95
Minor violations:
•Food spillage in metal pan with other food in cooler
•Urinal in men’s restroom – out of order
•Liquid spillage in coffee filter container
•Syrup spillage on floor

Ideal Market – 100 (Anton Rd)
No violations

Madisonville North Hopkins High School – 100
No violations

Quality Quick – 93 (West Noel)
Minor violations:
•Thermometers needed in all heating/cooling units
•Plastic containers stored on floor
•Wet rag not properly stored
•Freezer in need of cleaning
•Spillage in freezer
•Floor in need of repair

Tommy’s Pizza – 100
No violations

Wendy’s – 99
Minor violation:
•Grease build-up on motor, deep fryer, etc.

West Broadway Grade School – 100
No violations

The next food training class will be on April 9, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.  If you or your employees would like to enroll, please call April at (270) 821-5242 ext 263.

If for any reason you can’t make the scheduled food training class, we will be willing to schedule different times or days.
