Madisonville Police Report – April 5, 2013

mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (4/5/13) – On Friday, April 5, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 5 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Cody Thompkins, 19, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant April 4, for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Carlos Robert, 23, of Wells Ave was arrested on April 4, on race Street for Operating a Motorized Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.
 
Molly Werley, 34, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 4, for Assault in the 4th Degree with Minor Injury. The arresting officer was William Strader.
 
Casey Pearson, 39, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on April 4, for another agency (Lyons County). The arresting officer was William Strader.
 
Shawn Pendleton, 42, of Spring Street was served an arrest warrant on April 4, on North Street for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
