5 Star Video & Grocery - 100
No violations

Arby’s - 96
Minor violations:
•Ice scoop not properly stored
•Towels and soap needed at all hand sinks

Hopkins County Football Concession – 98
Minor violation:
•Debris build up on lip of ice machine

Ideal Market – 99
Minor violation:
•Soiled wiping cloth stored on counter top

The Oaks Personal Care Home – 99
Minor violations:
•Large fan guard needs cleaning
•Hood grills above stove needs cleaning

Pride Avenue School – 100
No violations

The next food training class will be on June 11, 2013 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. If you or your employees would like to enroll, please call April at (270) 821-5242 ext 263.

If for any reason you can’t make the scheduled food training class, we will be willing to schedule different times or days.
