Central City Wellness Offers Lifeguard Classes

ccwellnesscenter 300CENTRAL CITY, Ky. (3/28/13) – Lifeguarding can be fun and exciting. It can also teach you some valuable knowledge regarding safety, responsibility, and, of course, saving lives.

Because being a life guard requires a special ability to stay alert, and to be ready for anything, the Central City Wellness Center is offering expert training in April.

Classes will held at the Central City Wellness Center April 12th, 13th, 14th, 27th and 28th. You must attend all dates to become certified. The cost is $300 which includes all materials and two year certification through the American Red Cross.

You must be a minimum age of 15 by the last day of the class.

To find out more, call Megan Chaney at 270-543-3480, and dive into the fun and challenge of becoming a certified lifeguard.
