HENDERSON, KY (3/14/12) - The Henderson Chamber of Commerce welcomed a new business to the area on Tuesday with a ribbon cutting for SurfKY News Group.
 
SurfKY News has actually been in the area for some time now, but only recently began to cement its’ presence in Henderson.
 
“We’re very excited about serving the community of Henderson with breaking up-to-the minute news,” said News Director J.L. Graham. “Henderson is a very welcoming community, and we’ve received nothing but positive feedback from area residents.”
 
Graham went on to state that the company was very pleased with the staff in charge of the area. Staff includes Lead Reporter Ben Adams and Sales Representatives Dawn Crowder and Darren Miller.
 
“This is a great opportunity for residents of the Henderson area,” Graham continued. “SurfKY is very much reader-oriented, constantly seeking input from local citizens on major issues. We serve the readers as individuals and the community as a whole.”
