Holiday Court Resident Arrested on Rape Charges

arrest TurpinHENDERSON, KY (7/2/12) – On Saturday, July 21, the Henderson Police Department investigated a Rape/Sodomy/Kidnapping case that occurred at 6 Holiday Court.
 
After a detailed investigation, 55-year-old Richard Turpin, of the aforementioned residence, was arrested and lodged in Henderson County Detention Center on charges of Rape (1st Degree), Sodomy (1st Degree) and Kidnapping.
