Kentucky State Police, McLean County Sheriff’s Office Seek Suspect in Bank Robbery

ROB 300HENDERSON, Ky. (4/30/13) – On Friday, April 26, a white male allegedly entered the Independence Bank on Henton Street in Livermore and handed the teller a note. Authorities said the note stated the man was armed and demanded cash. The teller complied. The robber then left the bank and was last seen driving south on U.S. 431 in a full-sized gray Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck. The robber was described to be 50-60 years of age.

Investigators with the McLean County Sheriff’s Department believe that this robbery may be related to the robbery of Morgantown Bank & Trust on April 18 in Warren County.
 
This investigation is continuing. If anyone has any information or knowledge of this robbery, please contact the McLean County Sheriff’s Office at 270-273-3276.
