Henderson Police Seek Shooting Suspect

breaking news_shooting_gunHENDERSON, Ky. (6/9/13) – Henderson Police are asking the public for help in the search for a drive-by shooting suspect.

Authorities said a 24-year-old Henderson woman told them she was walking along South Green Street today at 6:20 p.m. when an unidentified person driving a green Pontiac Grand Prix allegedly fired a weapon, striking the woman. The vehicle then left the scene.

The woman went to her home and contacted 911. She was then transported to Methodist Hospital for treatment.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Henderson County Crimestoppers at 270-831-1111 or Henderson County 911.
