opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/12/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following criminal activity for Tuesday, Sep. 10:

Alex M. Orr, of the 100 block of Fowler Dr, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol Under 21 Years of Age.

Jeffery W. Williams, of the 3000 block of US 60 E, was arrested at 4:20 a.m. on charges of Operating a Business Without a License, Business Employer Failure to Withhold/Report/Pay Occupational Taxes, Failure to Report Net Profits, and Failure to Pay Net Profit Taxes.

Kimberly D. Renfrow, of the 1500 block of Jackson St, was arrested at 1:25 p.m. on charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking or Disposition Shoplifting From a Building.
