mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (9/19/13) – On Thursday, September 19, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported eight instances of law enforcement activity.

Michael Williams, 32 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 18 for Another Police Agency (Henderson County), Failure to Appear, Theft by Deception Including Cold Checks, Theft of Motor Vehicle Reg. Plate/Decal, No/Expired Reg. Plates, and Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Operator’s License. The arresting officers were Jared Ward, Clay Stroud, William Strader and Richard Cobb.

Terry Wells, 37 of Nortonville was arrested on September 18 for Theft by Unlawful Taking and Forgery. The arresting officer was Jason McKnight.
 
Vickie Carter, 50 of Madisonville was arrested on September 18 for Theft by Deception Including Cold Checks. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Beverly Basham, 52 of Earlington was served an arrest warrant on September 18 for Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Michael Cunningham, 47 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 18 for Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Phillip Nicholson, 49 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 18 for Another Police Agency (Christian County). The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Jason May, 35 of Owensboro was served an arrest warrant on September 18 for Another Police Agency (Daviess County). The arresting officer was William Strader.
 
Janner Southerland, 21 of Earlington was served an arrest warrant on September 18 for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Matt Sanderson.
