OPD Police Reports Activity

opd arrestlog3 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/25/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following criminal activity for Monday, Sep. 23:

Felicia D. Jones, of the 2500 block of Needles Ct., was arrested at 12:51
p.m. on charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition Shoplifting
Under $500.

Michael N. Cunningham, of the 600 block of Maple St., was arrested at 6:50
p.m. on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of
Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense, Second Degree Disorderly Conduct,
Second Degree Indecent Exposure and Second Degree Terroristic Threatening.

Brandace N. Gibson, of the 600 block of N. 2nd Street, was arrested at
12:00 a.m. on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First and
Second Offense, Third Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance Drug
Unspecified and Illegal Possession of a Legend Drug.

Derrick C. Young, 600 block of Jackson Street, was arrested at 2:10 a.m.
on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of
Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense.
