DUE TO HEAVY SNOWS IN WESTERN KENTUCKY...WIDESPREAD 6 TO 12 INCH SNOWFALL AMOUNTS HAVE HAULTED AREA TRAVEL. ISOLATED 15 INCH AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN REPORTED. OBO arrest logOWENSBORO, Ky. (10/1/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following arrests Sept. 27 through Sept. 29:

Kevin Belcher, was arrested on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place Third or More Offenses in 12 Months.

Brian K. Holmes, of the 1700 block of Harvest Hill Ct, was arrested on charges of No Tail Lamps, Failure to Produce Insurance Card, Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle Prohibited, and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08.

Gerald Spencer, of the 700 block of Plum St, was arrested on charges of Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place First/Second Offense.

Evan K. Bridges, of the 4600 block of McIntire Crossing, was arrested on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 Third Offense.

Monica C. Knapp, of the 200 block of Twin Tree, was arrested on charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 First Offense, and Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle Prohibited.
