Kentucky State Police Investigates Accident

traf acc w inj300HENDERSON, Ky. (10/22/13) - The Kentucky State Police Post 16 reported an accident resulting in personal injury on Monday at 4 p.m. on Ben Ford Road.

Police reported that Adam L. Chapman, 28, was operating a silver 2001 Dodge Stratus traveling West on Ben Ford Road at a very high rate of speed and lost control of the vehicle hitting a guardrail head-on.

Chapman was transported to Owensboro Regional Hospital where he is being treated for minor injuries. Upon further investigation, Chapman was charged with DUI 2nd aggravated, and driving on a suspended license.
