Madisonville Police Reports – Oct. 29, 2013

mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (10/29/13) – On Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported seven instances of law enforcement activity.

Justin Hart, 46, of Madisonville was arrested on Oct. 28, for alcohol intoxication and disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Owen Gamblin, 38, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Oct. 28, for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Daniel Rogers, 30, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Oct. 28, for failure to pay fines. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Robert Mitchell, 64 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Oct. 28, for theft by deception include cold checks under $500. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Jason Fryar, 20, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on Oct. 28, for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Timothy Kelley, 50, of Hanson was served an arrest warrant on Oct. 28, for Hopkins and Union counties. The arresting officers were Tyler Russell and Van Killough.
 
Kayla Mitchell, 28, of Dawson Springs was served an arrest warrant on Oct. 28, for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
