Face Forward Salon and Spa Joins Chamber of Commerce

OWENSBORO, Ky. (12/02/13) - Many businesses have called 353 Washington Avenue home over the years, including a convenience store, print shop, butcher shop, florist and a pool hall, but for a little more than a year, Face Forward Salon and Spa has taken over.

Face Forward is owned by Carey Fulton Turner, who recently joined the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce in a ribbon cutting ceremony Monday.

“The Chamber is great exposure,” Turner said. “It’s a great way to support local businesses and network.”

Turner’s modern salon and spa specializes in Aveda Hair Care, facials, nails and Jane Iredale makeup application. The salon has multiple stations for hair, a large makeup selection, and private rooms for massages and nail treatments.

Face Forward Salon and Spa is open Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
