MADISONVILLE, Ky. (12/16/13) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Monday, Dec. 16.

Nathan Hanvy, 25, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 13 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Jerry Wells, 59, of Nortonville was arrested Dec. 15 for trafficking in controlled substance and prescription controlled substance not in proper container. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.

Kari Vershuerea, 23, of White Plains was arrested Dec. 14 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and drugs, speeding 15 mph over speed limit, failure to be in possession of drivers license and failure to wear a seatbelt. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Larandance Johnson, 21, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 14 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Tabitha Harp, 29, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 14 for failure to pay fines. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

Shelia Posey, 44, was served an arrest warrant and arrested Dec. 14 for contempt of court, failure to wear seatbelt, license to be in possession, and operating a vehicle with expired operator license. The arresting officer was Jason McKnight.

Johnny McGowan, 50, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 14 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Robert Green, 41, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 15 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Jeremy Capps, 35, of Nebo was served an arrest warrant for another agency Dec. 14 for contempt of court, theft by unlawful taking and no-payment of fines.

Martin Buckman, 33, of Clay was arrested Dec. 15 for disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication in a public place and menacing. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Dylan Eckles, 22, of Waverly was arrested Dec. 15 for alcohol intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct, menacing, resisting arrest, and assault in the third degree. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Donovan Butler, 19, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 14 for burglary. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Nicholas Frederick, 33, of Madisonville was arrested Dec. 14 for burglary. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Brandy Jones, 34, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 13 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Bobby Kittinger, 39, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 13 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Van Killough.

Emily Chilcutt, 20, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 13 for theft by deception includes cold checks under $500. The arresting officers were Tyrone Gregory and Jeff Ethridge.

Brendon Posey, 19, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant for Daviess County Dec. 13. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

Gina Ray, 43, of Henderson was served an arrest warrant for Henderson County Dec. 13. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

Brittany Orten, 22, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 13 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Donald Williamson, 51, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 13 for fugitive from another state. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Bennie Johnson, 54, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 13 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officers were Van Killough and Tyler Russell.

Randell Wilson Jr., 44, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Dec. 13 for contempt of court. The arresting officers were Van Killough and Tyler Russell.

Nicholas Cates, 28, of Earlington was served an arrest warrant Dec. 13 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
