Henderson Man Assaulted by Cousin on Christmas Eve

assault arrest 300HENDERSON, Ky. (12/31/13) - Henderson Police responded to a burglary and assault call at 7 p.m. Dec. 24 at a residence in the 1500 block of Cumnock Street.

Raymond Conrad, 47, told police that his cousin, Samuel K. Green, 44, and a 16 year-old male juvenile entered his home without permission and assaulted him. Green and the juvenile male left prior to the officer’s arrival and could not be located in the area or at their home.

Charges are currently being sought against Green for burglary second degree and assault fourth degree.
