HPD Looking for Men Responsible for Alleyway Robbery

Robbery 01 300HENDERSON, Ky. (01/08/14) - Henderson officers responded to Methodist Hospital Monday, Jan. 6 regarding a robbery that happened approximately two to three days before in an alley near Nolan’s Liquor.

Matthew Cosby, 59, said he was assaulted by two black males; struck several times on the head and in the face knocking him out. Cosby had money stolen from his wallet while unconscious. Cosby did not realize the severity of his injuries until a few days later, according to HPD. Cosby was transported to St. Mary’s in Evansville for further treatment.

HPD is asking anyone with information regarding the robbery to call: (270) 831-1295 or Crime Stoppers at (270) 831-1111.
