HENDERSON, Ky. (3/14/14) – Henderson Police responding to a report of a weapon on school property yesterday have charged a 16-year-old juvenile with two counts of second degree disorderly conduct.
According to authorities, the juvenile allegedly brandished a pellet gun in front of other children at South Heights Elementary School, and parents of the witnesses notified police about the incident.
The pellet gun was located and confiscated by the police department.
