Second Double Dukes Saloon Security Guard Charged in Hogan Murder

breakingnews1HENDERSON, Ky. (5/6/14) — A second security guard has been arrested and a third has two active warrants for wanton murder and complicity to murder in the death of a Uniontown man at Double Dukes Saloon March 1 in Henderson.

According to a Henderson Police Department report, Benjamin Perry, 39, of Morganfield, has been charged in the death of Adam W. Hogan and is being lodged in the Henderson County Detention Center.

There are two active warrants for Justin Kiper for the same charges.

Perry and Kiper were working as security guards at Double Dukes Saloon when Hogan, 34, was killed.

Robert R. Brantley, 38, of Sebree was charged in the case March 3.
