Henderson County High School Announces Advance Placement Catalyst 2014 Scholarship Recipients

HEND COUNTY SCHOOL2 300HENDERSON, Ky. (5/14/14) — AP Catalyst, a Commonwealth Institute for Parent Leadership initiative at Henderson County High School, has awarded the following students with a partial or full scholarship to pay for their 2014 Advanced Placement Exams.

Abigail Stevens (tenth), Lance Gibson (eleventh), Hencye Sights (eleventh), Kyle Robinson (eleventh), Avery Hartley (twelfth), Jessica Murch (twelfth), Azura Sinnett (twelfth) and John Pritchett (twelfth).

AP Catalyst, in conjunction with the Raymond B. Preston Foundation, works to help students at Henderson County High School pay AP Exam fees. Scholarship recipients are those who challenge themselves by enrolling in multiple AP courses, who demonstrate academic progress and achievement in AP classes, and/or who apply for financial assistance.
