UPDATE - Arrest Made in Henderson Home Invasion Case

HENDERSON, Ky. (6/24/14) — On May 24, 2014, HPD investigated a home invasion at 2428 Jamestown Drive in Henderson.

During the incident, a resident, Christopher Young, stated that masked assailants forced entry into the home and attacked him. A struggle ensued and the assailants fled the residence.

On Friday, May 30, Kevin P. Mooneyham was taken into custody by US Marshalls in Prescott, Arizona, on HPD's warrants. The Warrants were for Burglary First Degree and Assault Second Degree. US Marshalls located Mooneyham after HPD received a tip on a possible location.

Mooneyham was extradited from Arizona and transported back to Henderson where he was served by HPD with warrants for Burglary First and Assault Second.

He is being held at the Henderson County Detention Center.

HENDERSON, Ky. (5/29/14) — The Henderson Police Department arrested David Allen Lindsey in connection with a May 24 home invasion at 2428 Jamestown Drive.

SurfKY previously reported Christopher Young, a resident of the home, stated that masked assailants forced entry into his home and attacked him. The suspects fled the home after a struggle.

Lindsey was arrested on charges of burglary, first degree; assault, second degree and parole violation. Lindsey also faces charges of failure to pay fines on a previous conviction.

He was lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center. The case remains under investigation.

Further arrests are expected.
