HendersonPD logoHENDERSON, Ky. (6/18/14) — The Henderson Police released the following reports June 18.

Henderson Police responded to l505B Young Street, in reference to a burglary June 16. The victim, Elijah Stubblefield, stated there was $420 in cash and a cat missing from the residence. The investigation is still ongoing. Anyone with any information, contact the Henderson Police Department at (270) 831-1295 or Henderson Crime Stoppers at (270) 831-1111.

Henderson Police responded to 223 7th Street, in reference to a theft June 16. The victim, Eric Stinson, stated there was over $500 worth of appliances missing from the residence. The residence is a rental property belonging to Stinson. The investigation is still ongoing. Anyone with any information, contact the Henderson Police Department at (270) 831-1295 or Henderson Crime Stoppers at (270) 831-1111.

At approximately 2:45 p.m., Tuesday, June 17, 2014, the Henderson Police Department responded to 1195 Barret Blvd. for a shoplifting. Wal-Mart Asset Protection reported an unknown white male and white female attempted to conceal merchandise valued over $500 in a shopping cart and leave the store without paying. Asset Protection was able to recover some of the merchandise, but the suspects were able to leave with the rest. Any helpful information should be reported to the Henderson  Crime Stoppers at (270) 831-1111 or the Henderson Police Department at (270) 831-1295.

Officers responded to 1730 Old Madisonville Road in reference to Burglary June 18. Starling Sawyer reported that sometime within the last week, someone entered his residence and stole several items valued under $500. No arrests have been made as the investigation is still ongoing. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, please contact the Henderson Police Department at (270) 831-1295 or Crime Stoppers at (270) 831-1111.

The Henderson Police Department responded to 1618 O'Byrne Street in reference to a Burglary June 17. Upon arrival officers spoke with J&B Mechanical who stated that someone entered his building between 3 p.m. on June 16 and 2 p.m. on June 17 taking items from inside the building. The incident is under investigation by the Henderson Police Department.
