The vehicle was operated by Melissa R. Dills of Henderson, Ky. The odor of Marijuana was detected from Dills. After administering standard sobriety tests on her, it was determined that she was impaired.
Trooper Lawless observed Dills had something inside of her mouth. When Dills opened her mouth, there were particles of Marijuana seen inside on her tongue.Along with DUI – Second Offense (Aggravated Circumstances), Dills was also charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence after having swallowed a small amount of Marijuana.
