Julie-SchneiderJulie SchneiderHENDERSON, Ky. (8/5/14)  Ms. Julie Schneider will assume the position and related duties of principal at East Heights Elementary School effective immediately.

Schneider received a Bachelor of Arts from Hanover College in Hanover, Indiana, Masters in Montessori Education from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and Masters in School Administration from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky.

She and her husband Dan have four children, Mason, attending Rose Hulman Institute of Technology; Elizabeth, freshman at Henderson County High, Abby, seventh grader at North Middle School and Shelby, fourth grader at East Heights Elementary.

Schneider noted, “I feel honored and privileged for the opportunity to be the new leader of East Heights Elementary. East Heights is my home away from home, and I consider the students and staff to be my extended family. I look forward to leading our school to the next level of greatness.”
